Sustainable mobility




To stimulate modal shift towards more sustainable forms of transport byincreasing the implementation of techniques of high quality mobility management and policies in European regions. Furthermore, project’s aim is also to set up an “action plan” for the definition of the steps  to achieve good practices.




·      1 “Action plan” of the Regional Authority (Veneto Region) to be considered in next POR

·      Export of 2 Veneto best practices:

 1° - safe roads (province of Treviso exports to Germany and Hungary)

2° - Integrated fares (province of Treviso exports to Ireland and England)

·      Import of 3 good practices from foreign countries:

1° -traffic and mobility planning (Municipality of Mogliano imports from Frankfurt);

2° – bus priorities corridors, cycle lanes, park&ride (Municipality of Treviso imports from Ireland);

3° - integrated transport strategy (Veneto Region imports from West Midlands)

·      1 regional conference (arranged by Veneto region)
